NO GOOD EITHER WAY THOUGHTS

ok..umm..not like a must watch drama..so im not gunna separate my posts..just some stuff i wud like to point out..

like i said, it's not a must watch drama..but it's a good pastime i guess...lol..i loved the guy who played Mr. Diu in the series..lol...the guy who rents part of Louis's apartment..and is 'gay' lol..i love the part where he goes to the hospital & then his wife comes..and then Louis is like 'auntie..ur son is fine'..lol..but for those of you who haven't watched the drama or debating whether or not to watch it, at least watch the parts w/ Mr. Diu..he leaves on ep. 6..[thanks 2 lynne..haha..got it off her post @TVB HORIZON]..lol..also like how they let Interpal have some screentime..haha..he's always like 'ngo sik lo ga mah' [literally: i eat brain 'ga' 'ma']..haha..and i like how he always makes references to curry..lol..and then Louis's stupid gags..lol..they were pretty smart though..haha..i didnt actually mean to call them stupid..but they're called 'lan gag' in Cantonese..so would they be lame gags? lol..idk...anyways..i thought Louis's character was quite sad..lol..as in like he had such bad luck...he was gossiping about his client, something he rarely does, his superior just happened to hear it..and his superior thought Louis was talking about him..so he always like tried to get rid of him..and it was one tiny accident..and then Louis gets all depressed..and it leads to other problems and stuff..ya ..just watch the drama..lol...i thought Meini Cheung, the girl who plays Louis's sister, kinda stood out..i liked her character...haha..like i didnt mind the other scenes..but i only like watched it for the funny scenes..like with Louis, Interpal, & Mr. Diu..haha..Ruco was ok..it was sad seeing him fighting all on his own w/o A4...and it bugged me how 'A3' didnt just go back 2 Ruco insteda following Aaron, played by Jason Chan..haha...kinda bugged me how most of the people pronounced Aaron in the drama..lol..unless im the wrong one..lol..Jason Chan's character was kinda jerky..lol..like he never thought about how Natalie would feel if he kept fighting with Ruco..he never thought about how Ruco was like his brother, his 'teacher'..but then again..just acting..lol..Kaki's character..haha..didnt expect her to be the 'turning point' of the drama..haha..i thought she would just be one of those 'there' characters..overall, it was a nice drama..happy ending :) haha...i heard sumwhere that 'happy ending are just stories that havent been finished yet'..haha..idk wut 2 say on that..but i like both happy endings & sad endings..as long as they make sense..& r good..

RISING STAR-NATALIE TONG

Hmmm...Natalie..umm...well, i would say she HAS improved from the beginning of her acting career..but, lets just say she could use some more improvement..i really don't like seeing her in weak roles...like especially the ones that involve crying..i like seeing her in stronger roles..like in THE SEVENTH DAY where she always had good comebacks and was all sly like a fox and stuff...or like in the end of GLOVES COME OFF..where she was a mature wife...she's been acting before many of the popular fadans of TVB today..but even though she has more experience than them, the fadans still give me a feeling...idk what it is...but they prove to me that they can take on a lead role..they are capable of leading..as for Natalie, she's okay as a supporting actress..but as lead, i honestly think she still has a long way to go...but after GLOVES COME OFF, i really saw her improvement..i think she's still in the phase of like testing the water...at times, i found her acting quite annoying/fake...especially the crying ones/the surprised one..omg..i still can't get over that disneyland scene/the bed scene she had with Raymond Wong in GLOVES COME OFF where she was all surprised when they found the view of Disneyland..i was like..omg..i cant explain how fake her expression was..she really got me there...lol..enough ranting..i shouldn't say she's a bad actress based on one little mistake...i really feel she tries to act though..like for GLOVES COME OFF, her hard work paid off..at the END...didn't really like her character in the beginning...with hard work, maybe she'll finally grasp the true meaning of acting...and one day, she may even be up there with Linda Chung, Fala Chen, Kate Tsui, Myolie Wu, and Tavia Yeung...well, for leading, she MAY still be capable of a role like Sasa in THE SEVENTH DAY...like a more modern girl who like tries to survive her boss and stuff..

STATUS UPDATE

hey guys..sorry 4 the lack of updates..i'll reply to ur cbox messages asap!! sorry about that!! i'll probably be posting a lot less over the course of the next 6 weeks or so...probably only on the weekends..sorry about that! summer school has been hectic! it's only the first week and ive had 2 tests already...every night, i have to stay up til like 2 a.m. taking notes...omg..and i already have 4 projects 4 the class..*sighz* i thought it would be easy..anyways..enough ranting..just wanted to let readers know that im watching NO GOOD EITHER WAY and COME HOME LOVE right now...both are ok..i guess..if u have nothing 2 watch..again, COME HOME LOVE is getting boring...2me...it's still ok though..i guess...i only liked the first few episodes though..i'm probably gunna stop watching soon...as for NO GOOD EITHER WAY, well, i think Kristal Tin & Ruco Chan are kind of an awkward couple..like they dont look like they would go together..well, for the most part, it's ok..boring at times..and somewhat too exaggerated...but it's still a good pastime..im probably not gunna do a 'thoughts' thing on it unless it ends up being really good..but some scenes i like so far are Natalie Tong's Mandarin scenes..lol...those were funny..but u can kinda tell she's not ready to be a first-line artist yet..lol..cuz even though it was funny, at times, she said too many words in Cantonese...but for the most part, it was a cute and funny scene :) i find Ruco and Natalie great siblings...also, i love the gay 'housemate' of Louis Yuen..lol..he's pretty funny...like his hand motions and his high voice...lol..also, i thought it was pretty nice to have the 'Interpal/Inderpal' [i saw Inderpal in the subtitles..but they pronounced it 'Interpal'] in a bigger role...he's been in A LOT of dramas...lol..i like him in comedic roles...haha..i never get bored of TVB's gay jokes...i had no intention of offending anyone in anyway...and im sorry if i did...lol..that's it for now..thanks 4 visiting guys! also, i see that there are a lot of votes 4 the fanfic...for now, it's Kenneth and Fala in the lead with Tavia and Linda close behind..as for Kenneth, well, lets just say he's pretty far ahead of everyone else..perhaps of his role in THE HIPPOCRATIC CRUSH? :P also, there has been some news about Boscolie fans not liking the kiss scenes between Myolie Wu and Kenneth Ma...personally, i don't think there's anything wrong with it..they're just filming...but then again...I'm not exactly a Boscolie fan...but it doesn't mean i don't like them as a couple..I'm just more of the type that focuses on the dramas rather than the real lives of artistes...

RAYMOND WONG & NATALIE TONG

RAYMOND WONG
His character was pretty cute in the beginning....and then he started to mature and stuff...even though he was kinda villainous, i still loved his character...when he ditched his friends, he actually felt bad...even though i thought Natalie's death was unnecessary, it really brought out Raymond's acting skills..well, not the part where he tried to commit suicide..but when he tried to hold 'Tung Lung' up when his father-in-law wanted to close it down...loved his little speech..

NATALIE TONG
At first, her character didn't really matter to me..and I found her kinda annoying at the Disneyland fireworks scene..her reactions were a bit exaggerated...but after she had her baby, she turned all mature and became strong and smart..it's like she switched with Selena..the scene where she told Raymond that she wanted a divorce...and she doesn't want anything except for her daughter...i really like her acting as a mature woman..and hope to see her in more of these strong roles :)..lol..the part where she realized her mother-in-law wasn't actually crippled was pretty funny..like the part where she went like 'bo lay guo tau ah!'..i think out of all 3 female leads, i like her character the most :)
